Pleasant View, Toronto

Pleasant View is a mostly low-rise residential neighbourhood in North York, Toronto, made up of houses and a smaller share of condominium buildings. Its streets are largely residential, with parks and school grounds spread among them. Most homes were built between 1951 and 1985, so the housing is mainly mid-century and later, in postwar suburban styles, with some apartment and townhouse buildings mixed in.
