REintel for Realtors is a software subscription. It does not include MLS data.
Each Realtor, team and brokerage using the software supplies their own. You will need your own independent, active agreements with:
- PropTx, for MLS listing data, through a VOW or IDX agreement
- CREA, for the DDF feed
Any feature that uses listing data, including search, CMAs, market statistics and alerts, runs on your own website, on your own domain, and draws on your own feed.
These agreements are between you and PropTx or CREA. We cannot sign them on your behalf, and we cannot provide listing data to your site. No listing data reaches your site until your own agreements are approved and active.
