What to contact the Privacy Officer about

  • Access requests — request a copy of your personal information held by REintel (PIPEDA §8(1)).
  • Correction requests — request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Erasure / Right to be Forgotten — request deletion of your conversation records, consent records, and contact-memory rows.
  • Consent withdrawal — revoke any consent you have given; reply STOP to any message for instant CASL opt-out.
  • Automated-decision review — request human review of an AI-generated message you received.
  • Privacy complaints — concerns about how REintel or a partner handled your personal information.
  • Security concerns — report suspected unauthorized access or use.
  • Sub-processor objections — partners may object to a new sub-processor appointment under DPA v0.9 §4(b).
